This policy explains what personal information Motion Kit, a brand operated by Deus Enterprises Group LLC (“we”, “us”), collects on motionkit.shop and when you buy a kit, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, country and order details. Payment is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
• When you visit the website: basic technical data such as pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools from our hosting provider and advertising partners (for example the Meta Pixel), to measure our ads and improve the site.

What the Kit does not collect

The Kit runs on your own computer. We do not receive the topics, scripts, videos or files you create. Those stay on your computer and with the AI and voice services you choose (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or ElevenLabs), under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

• To deliver your purchase, send receipts and give support.
• To process refunds.
• To send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business: Polar (payments and delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider, and advertising platforms such as Meta (ad measurement). Each one handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. If you live in California, you also have the rights given by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and we will not treat you differently for using them. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and support, and delete the rest when it’s no longer needed.

Children

Our products are for professionals and are not meant for anyone under 18.
