The “First Video or It’s Free” Guarantee. If you can’t make your first video within 14 days of purchase, or you simply don’t love the Kit, we’ll refund 100% of what you paid. No questions, no forms.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@motionkit.shop within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you used to buy, and tell us you want a refund. Including your order number helps, but it isn’t required.
When you get your money
We approve refund requests within 2 business days. The refund is issued by Polar, our payment processor, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After 14 days
After 14 days, sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise. If something isn’t working, write to us anyway: we’ll help you get your videos made.
After a refund
Once refunded, your license ends and you agree to delete the Kit files. Videos you already made stay yours.
