These terms apply when you buy or use MD Motion Kit and any other kit sold on motionkit.shop (“the Kit”). Motion Kit is a brand operated by Deus Enterprises Group LLC (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the Kit, you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

The Kit is a digital product: a set of files, instructions and templates that work with an AI assistant you run on your own computer (such as Claude Code or Codex) to create animated explainer videos. You get a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the Kit after a one-time payment.

2. Payments and our reseller

Orders are processed by Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”), our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar handles payment, billing, taxes and receipts, and its own terms apply to the purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars.

3. What you need separately

The Kit does not include third-party services. To use it you need a computer (Mac or Windows), a paid plan of an AI coding assistant (for example Claude or Codex) and, for the voice, an ElevenLabs account. Those services are provided by other companies under their own terms and prices, and we are not responsible for changes to them.

4. License

• You may use the Kit to make unlimited videos for yourself, your practice or your clients.
• You own the videos you make, and you may publish them anywhere, including for commercial use.
• You may not resell, share, publish or give away the Kit itself, its files or its instructions, in whole or in part.

5. Medical content and your responsibility

The Kit is an educational content tool. It does not give medical advice and is not a medical device. The AI suggests sources and scripts, but you review and approve every fact before a video is made. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the videos you publish and for following the rules of your profession, your employer and the platforms where you post.

Do not enter patient names, records or any protected health information into the Kit or the AI tools it uses.

6. Results

Views, followers, patients or income shown on our website are examples and are not typical or guaranteed. Results depend on your topic, your audience, how often you post and many other factors.

8. Updates and support

We may improve the Kit over time. Updates to version 1 are free for buyers. Support is provided by email at support@motionkit.shop.

9. Limitation of liability

The Kit is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Kit after a change, the new terms apply.
